Answer:

1) answer :- The line “Thy tribute wave deliver” is reminded of a funeral. The moment someone dies, there is a process of planning. At the funeral though, it is the finish line of the process. There will be a tribute for the deceased there. Still, there is yet one more step to take. This tribute will deliver the deceased to the final point. As with a trickle of water making its way into a stream, so will the stream make its way into the ocean.

2) answer :- Just as a stream flows into a rivulet so does the rivulet flows into the river and the river flows into the sea and the sea flows into the ocean.

Here the poet is telling the rivulet to deliver its tribute wave to the river. The tribute is paid by a lesser being to a greater being. So the rivulet empties itself into the river. This is its tribute that it pays to its superior. It enters the river and becomes one with it thereby losing its own identity. What greater tribute than this can anyone pay?
