SOLUTION :-

$\sf \frac{10x - 1}{x} = 3$

On cross multiplying,

$\sf 10x - 1 = 3 \times x$

$\sf 10x - 1 = 3x$

$\sf 10x - 3x = 1$

Futher simplifying we get,

$\sf 7x = 1$

Hence, $\sf \frac{10x - 1}{x} = 3$ is $\sf \fbox{x = \frac{1}{7}}$
