acc to Markonikov's rule, -ve part of the reagent should be added to the carbon containing less no of hydrogen so the answer will be

           (CH3)2-CH-CHBr-CH3

But if there is peroxide and HBr this combination will lead to anti markonikoffs rule in which the negative part is added to the carbon having high no of hydrogen having double bond

this can also be explained on the basis of stability of carbocation as

after the addition of h+ ion in two cases ,the one which forms secondary carbocation is more stable than primary carbocation and that will be formed for the next step of additon of Br- ion
