from left second carbon has not four bond .

So CH3−CH2-CH2−C≡CH should be compound.

Then this reaction is catalytic hydration

first of all pentyne reacts with water in presence of Dil h2so4 and hgso4 to give pent-1-en-2-ol which is unstable .So it rearranged to give pent-2-one .
