Aerobic Respiration:

Aerobic Respiration is the release of energy, from Glucose, in the presence of oxygen.

In simple, It means in air.

Oxygen is necessary for Aerobic Respiration.

Anaerobic Respiration:

The Release of energy from food (glucose) in the absence of Oxygen is Known as Anaerobic Respiration.

In simple, It means absence of air.

Oxygen is not necessary or we can say that Oxygen is not used for Anaerobic Respiration.
