There are two cases only
1. one can take breath
2. not take breath
this events are equally likely to occur.
both events have probability =1/2
so answer of the above is 1/2

But in the case where I am not going to take a breath there are many factors which come into play and hence shouldn't there be a lesser chance of me NOT taking a breath?
Anyways if I had a 50% chance of not taking the next breath I would have dies long ago!
