Active : Mrs Usman teaches French .

Passive : French is taught by Mrs Usman.

Active : Janet Wrote a letter to her Boss.

Passive : A letter was written by Janet to her boss.

Active : We will eat rice for dinner.

Passive : Rice will be eaten by us for dinner.

Some basic rules while changing active into passive :

Rule - 1 : In passive voice the structure of sentence changes. As, the subject goes last and the object comes front.

Rule - 2 : In every sentence we should use past participle in passive whichever the tense is given.

Rule - 3 : We should use by before the subject.
