The given statement “ don’t stay here “ is a passive voice sentence. We see that in the given the object of action is stay and the action is don’t and the actor is missing.

Therefore we can clearly identify this as an passive voice sentence. We have to change the voice as per the question hence we have to change it into active voice.

For changing into active we have to add an actor and also put the object of action after the verb. Therefore the answer will “ You can’t stay here

You are instructed not to stay here.

EXPLANATION:

  • The given sentence is an imperative sentence and is in active voice. So, if we are to change its voice we need to change it into passive voice.
  • In passive voice the words are told by someone other than the speaker that's why it is also called as reported voice.
  • Since the given sentence is imperative sentence we will have to add, a subject to the sentence. And that's why the changed sentence would be: You are ordered/ instructed not to stay here.
