When the temperature is given in degree Celsius:

Step I: Multiply the given temperature in degree by 9

( 9 * 40.3 )

Step II: The product we obtained from step I divide it by 5.

(9 * 40.3 ) / 5

Step III: Atlast add 32 with the quotient we obtained from step II to get the temperature in degree Fahrenheit.

((9 * 40.3 ) / 5)  + 32

Answer : 40.3 degrees celsius = 104.54 F
