The sentence, after being converted into passive voice will become ‘The bird is not to be killed’.

EXPLANATION:

In active voice, the subject is the one that does the action.

  • Riya painted this picture last day.

While in passive voice, the subject is the one on which the action is being done.

  • The picture was painted last day.

It is important to note that the object in the active sentence has become the subject in the passive one.
