- In changing a sentence from active to passive voice, the past tense is used.
- If already in past tense, then it is changed into past participle.
- The predicate would appear in the first part of the sentence in a passive voice and the subject appears later.

⟹ A verb is said to be in the passive voice when its form show that something is done to the person or thing denoted by the Subject .
For Examples :-
(i) I am helped by him.
(ii) I was being taught by him.
