  • He asked me if I wanted to be famous.

2. He wondered, “Where did Maud work?”

  • He wondered where Maud had worked.

3. He warned me, “Don’t shout at me like that!”

  • He warned me not to shout at him like that.

4. Maria said, “Angela had worked at this company before I came here.”

  • Maria said that Angela had worked at that company before she had came there.

5. Sally said, “I can’t believe he is leaving me like this.”

  • Sally said that she couldn't believe he was leaving her like that.
