→ has the news been told by you again?

B. The student must do well in the national examination

 → there is no object (intransitive), so it cannot be made passive. Except if the sentence "the student must do (the test) well in the national examination", then the passive sentence becomes: the test must be done by the student well in the national examination

C. Father fixed my laptop two days ago

→ my laptop was fixed by my father two days ago
