3. sheep shearing is not done in winter because fur only saves it from cold .

and if shearing will be done then it can lead to its bad health.

hey mate hear is your answer:--

1.plant and animal fibre like wool and silk shrink only if they are washed on hot water natural fibres like cotton, wool ,jute ,silk ... because hot water makes natural fibres to shrink . But this is not the case when washed in cold water.

2.The blades which are used to shear sheeps are designed in such a way that it doesn't harm the sheep's skin it is more likely to the hair trimmer.

3. Sheep shearing is not done in intense winter because wool is a protecter of sheep during winter which provides heat during cold weather if it is done during winter the sheeps die without bearing the cold.
