- The townspeople built a park or we can say deer park for the king, it was full of trenches and holes to trap deers. It was a royal deer park with small ponds and trees and grasses as their food. The people allowed deer to settle in the park for some days and then invited the king to visit the park for hunting as earlier king used to destroy farmland and crops and animals while hunting. So they gave a restricted area to hunt with counted animals.
- The king of Banaras was very happy to hear his words and said that he would spare her life as well. Because of your courage and compassion, he cannot kill you. Tears streamed down king's cheeks and he felt so ashamed that he had killed the deer first. The king of Benaras also promised not to kill the deer of either herd. In the end, both herds lived happily ever after. After all settlement, it was promised that no hunting of any animals, birds, or fishes will happen.
