Answer:

1- There are two types of legal system in India i.e, criminal law and civil law. The Criminal law is enforced by the police. Cases like murder, rape, assault, robbery are dealt under Criminal Law. Cases like theft, property,money,divorce etc.

2- Supreme Court and the High Court in India are the judicial bodies set up by the Indian Constitution. Supreme Court of India stands at the topmost rank and is the final court of appeal. High Court is the primary judicial body at the state or union territory level.
