Answer:

Answer

Correct option is

D

1,14,600; 66,768 and 48,132

Since one candidate won 58% of the votes, the other won 100−58=42% of the votes.

Given,

100

58

×Total Votes−

100

42

×Total Votes=18,336

=>

100

16

×Total Votes=18,336

=>Total votes=1,14,600

So, the candiates won

100

58 ×1,14,600=66,468 and =

100 42

×1,14,600=48,132 votes
