The ending of the story Kings Drum is tragic as the bees stung the tiger bad and he had to jump into the water to save himself from the bees. Now the possibility is that the tiger drowned himself but the mouse was saved. Now if we have to rewrite the plot, we need to save both of them and give them a happy ending. So, here we go:
THE KING'S DRUM
Once upon a time, in a faraway jungle, there used to be a forest with animals living in peace away from human civilisation. The animals were in their natural habitat. One day, a mouse was returning from a party and was caught by a tiger who was hungry and wanted to eat him. The mouse was extremely scared but fortunately, he noticed a beehive behind the tiger and said that he was the protector of the king's drum and hence he can not be eaten by the tiger. He got instantly distracted and asked for a way to play it. The mouse said, he can but he needs to let go of him so that he does not get scolded by the king. He merrily agreed and let the mouse go. But, the moment the tiger started playing the beehive thinking it to be a drum, the bees thought him to be a threat and came to sting him. He realised the confusion and started running aimlessly. But there was the stream in front of him. He did not think of anything and jumped. Fortunately, he was saved by the mouse and his friend crocodile. The crocodile safely helped him land on the other side of the stream where the bees do not come. He thanked both of them for saving his life and they became friends for real. And needless to say, they lived happily ever after.
