He won’t do what you tell him.
So, come, let’s build strong homes,
Let’s joint the doors firmly.
Practise to firm the body.
Make the heart steadfast.

a.Here in this poem the poet has given an example that we should be very strong and firm in case of any disaster.

a) The wind crushes everything that is weak so the poet advises us to be strong. Only then we can save ourselves against the wind. we should build strong homes with firm doors and also need to have faith in our hearts.

b) It means that the wind does not listen to anyone's orders or pleadings he just does everything what he wants and the way he wants ( as he means the wind )

c) a word from the extract which means loyal is steadfast.
