He is a drunkard … Like his other friends, he feels that he's unhealthy & thus don't want to do any work… He is ready to take up responsibility. But at last he would put the burden on everyone around him… That's why Jerome compares him with Uncle Podger who hung a small picture with the help of all members of his family … Both Uncle Podger & Harris have the habit of creating commotions…
