alagu chawdheey was a poor farmer in the story panchparmeshwer.his character was just the opposite of the character of his best friend jumman.alagu was a man of character ànd principles.he loved his life in a simple way.in his childhood his tutor told him that true study is to serve the teacher and not studies.so alagu did not object at all and just study a bit and served the teacher more.though he did not hain anything but he never objected or raised his voice.when an old lady asked him to take seat of panchparmeshwer for her and stand
