Horace Danby is a thief, who steals rare books every once a year. He has a uniqueness in his stealing ways. Even at the age of 50 he is yet unmarried and people think of him as a man who is honest and kind in nature. He has a good reputation among the social stratification.
About 15 years ago, he was also sent to jail because he stole some rare books. The purpose of stealing rare books was that he liked collecting rare books. However, now he was doing full fledged robberies, that too with the purpose of buying rare books.
Another trait described about Horace is that he was allergic to flowers and this is how he actually got caught for a jewel robbery.
In other's point of view Horace Danby was a very noble and good citizen. He was a lock maker. He was 50 years old and unmarried.
He was having a hobby to read very expensive and rare books. For buying these books he used to break open a safe once a year. For buying those books he had 2 agents also.
Once he tried to break open a safe. For this he went to a mansion. There as he entered the room he got disturbed by the hay fever. He had hay fever from flowers.
Then there came a lady who was in red dress and was having Sharry , the dog with her. She pretended to be the mistress of that house. She prepared a fake story regarding the jewels and Horace Danby believed her.
Inspite of not having jewels with him , Horace Danby got arrested by the police, it was because the young lady was fraud and there were fingerprints of Horace all over the room.
