lucia aged 20, was the sister of nicola and jacopo, sweet in nature and had some of the official training in music which was a character inhibitted by her father. due to her disease (tuberculosis in spine) couldn't take up he career and was undergoing treatment. lucia was dependent on her brothers nicola and jacopo who did various odd jobs to pay her bills..

Lucia was the beloved sister of Nicola and Jacopo. She had become seriously ill after their home was destroyed in a bomb explosion in the war. Due to starvation and extreme cold she suffered from tuberculosis of spine. Before the war, she had been training herself to become a singer. She was quite a brave girl; she had been fighting her illness and showing signs of recovery. It was being hoped that one day she would be on her feet and sing once again.
