Mr Throat was an South-Indian. He was an healthy man, well-built. His features were that of a nepali. There was a smear on his forearm caused by a tiger. He was a practical person who agreed for shooting with a tiger. He suggested to tie a wire around the tiger's neck if it turned out violent. They undertook multiple shootings which reveals the patience of Mr Throat.
