Satyajit Ray was a great Indian filmmaker, screenwriter, graphic artist, music composer and author. He has been widely regarded as one of the greatest filmmakers of the 20th century. He was born in Calcutta in 1921.
He has created many movies among which some are milestones of Indian movies. They are Pather Panchali, Charulata, Oporajito, Gupi Gayen Bagha Bayen, Devi etc.
