Shahmal is the wife of Ghulam Khan and is picturized as a young illiterate lady belonging to the lower middle class and living in the slums. She is a typical uncultured slum dweller, who talks loudly in local slang language that is abusive as well. She easily taunts and abuses others and also calls with nicknames.
