uncle podger is very messy and forgetful.like harris, he takes charge of work just to delegarate it to people around him and later messes it up which leads to failure.he loved an audience.the work which can be done in half an hour when taken up by uncle podger takes more than a day. he engages everyone in home with some or the other work and he himself relaxes.his character is resembles to harris.
