Wanda belongs to a poor family and lives at place called Boggins Heights . Her poverty is clearly visible from her dress as she always wears an old and faded blue dress. She is reserve and rather quiet . Even when she is teased by Peggy and others she does not retaliate and quietly replies their taunting questions. She is a wonderful artist. She. submits a befitting reply to all the weird questions by drawing one hundred exquisite dresses that make everyone awestruck. She emerges to be the winner. she is quite sensitive too. she feels deeply hurt inside due to teasing remarks and stops coming to the school.
