Jeanne was nice lady who was gullible and wanted to buy a house for her parents. For buying a house she was against her husband. This shows that she loved her parents and cared for them. She was exactly opposite of her husband who was cunning and opportunist. Her conversations with Juliette show that she was kind hearted and friendly as well.
Juliette was very hardworking towards her business who wanted to sell her villa and was fully confident on her decision afterwards. In the beginning of the play she seemed to be helpless as she did not wanted to sell her villa and when she decided she didn't get a buyer. She was gullible as she instantly decided to sell the villa to Jeanne and Gaston. She acted as a fool in last as she did not ask the buyer that how so suddenly his disinterest in buying house changed to interest.
hope this helps you...
