A transgenic mice that had the human huntington disease gene developed a neurological phenotype that was progressive in nature and had the motor symptoms which the disease geen carries.
There was no sort of overt behavorial phenotype until it was 8 weeks old, but there was a significant difficulty in doing different activites such as swimming, maintaining balance etc.
