even charan singh is illiterate he also get right to vote his vote have equal value as a literate person and he also treated equal ad others because in our constitution it is mention that 'prohibits the discimination on the basis of caste ,religion,education ,colour ,place' and in a democratic country rulers are elected by the people of that country
