Hey there !
Electric current is charge flowing per unit time. Dimensional formula of a quantity is denoted by the quantity enclosed in square brackets. ... Now,charge ( in coulomb)= current ( in ampere)x time( in second). So dimensional formula for an electric charge is AT.
Hope it helps you !

we know...
current = I = charge /time = q/t
=> charge = current×time
=> [ charge] = [current] [time]
=> [ charge] = [Ampere][second]
=>[ charge] = [A][T]
=>[ charge]= [AT]
hope it helps you...
