According to the Gauss's law,

   Total Flux (\phi) =   \int \vec{E}. \vec{ds} = \frac{q_{total}}{\epsilon_0} =  \frac{Q}{\epsilon_0}

Now ,for a sphere of radius 5 cm contain total charge = Q

So, Flux will be  \frac{Q}{\epsilon_0} .

For a cube of side 5 cm and contain total charge is equal to Q.

So electric flux will be  \frac{Q}{\epsilon_0} .

Therefore,we conclude that both Spher and cube,the electric flux will be same.
