theory of natural selection.

Charles Darwin during his famous sea voyage :

• Charles Darwin made a sea voyage in a sail ship called HMS beagle and made some conclusion.

• he concluded that existing living forms shares similarities with not only among themselves but also with life form existed millions of years ago.

• some characterstics enables the organism to survive better in harsh conditions and organisms who survive better would outbreed others that are less- suitable for the environment .

• a word "fitness" of the individual was reffered by Darwin and this fitness was ultimately for the reproductive fitness ( organisms better fit in environment would leave more progeny)

• alfred walace :

• alfred walace a naturalist who worked in Malaysia archipelago had also come to similar conclusions.

• he concluded all existing life forms share similarities and share common ancestors and these ancestors were present at different periods of time.
