- Active Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject is performing the action.
- Passive Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject undergoes the action. In other words, it is writing the sentence in reverse order.
- Example: She is typing a message. (Active) A message is being typed by her. (Passive)
- NOTE: Sentences that convey habitual actions cannot be changed to passive mode.
- They will have to make it. (Active) It will have to be made by them. (Passive)
