x+3y = 6
1x + 3y - 6=0

comparing with a1x+b1y+c1=0

therefore a1=1,b1=negative 6

2x-3y-12=0
comparing with a2xb2y+c2=0

therefore a2=2,b2=negative 3,c2=negative 12

by the way all the letters apart from the question are supposed to be small anc at the bottom
