=>
15 = 4k
=>
k = 15 / 4

Like this.......a1x + b1y = c1 and a2x + b2y = c2 these lines are // if a1 / a2 = b1 / b2
its 15=4k

k=15/4;a1/a2=b1/b2 so answer can be done in this way
