and the second equation is 5x+10y+2=0
a1/a2=b1/b2≠c1/c2
therefore the lines are not coinciding they are parallel for K=2

you find
2x+4y-5=0
x+2y-5/2=0-------(1)
5x +10y+2=0
x+2y+2/5=0 ----------(2)
you see (1) and (2)equation

it's mean both are parallel line
hence they don't interesect each other when k=2
