check whether 6, 8, 10 form Pythagorean triplents or not

Here is your answer :

If they are triplets then :

6^2 + 8^2 = 10^2

36 + 64 = 100

100 = 100

L.H.S = R.H.S

Yes , it forms a phthagorean triplet.

Let AC =10cm, AB=6cm and BC=8cm.

By Pythagoras Theorem,

(AC)^2=(AB)^2+(BC)^2

(10)^2= (6)^2+(8)^2

100=36+64

100=100


LHS =RHS.

Thus we can say that the given lengths can form a right triangle and a pythagorean triplets.
