Answer:

yes

Step-by-step explanation:

(x-2)^2+1=2x-3

{a-b}^2=a^2+b^2-2ab

x^2+2^2-2(x)(2)+1-2x+3=0

x^2+4-4x+1-2x+3=0

x^2-6x+8

hence its a quadaratic equation please mark me as a brainlist

↦Solution : -

LHS = (x-2)² + 1 = x² - 4x + 4 + 1 = x² - 4x + 5

So ,

(x-2)² + 1 = 2x - 3 can be rewritten as : -

x² - 4x + 5 = 2x - 3

x² - 6x + 8 = 0

It is of Form = ax² - 6x + 8 = 0 ..

Therefore , It is a quadratic equation ..
