Step-by-step explanation:

collinear= [X 1 (y2-y3)+X2(y3-y1)+X 3(y1-y2)]

(4,6) =(x1,y1)

(2,5) =(X2,y2)

(-4,0)=(X3,y3)

[4(5-0)+2(0-4)+(-4)(6-5)]=0

[4(5)+2(-4)-4(1)]=0

[20-8-4]=0

[20-12]=0

[6]=0

hence the points (4,6),(2,5),and(-4,0) are collinear.
