Check whether (x+1) is a factor of x^3+x+x^2+1.

Solution :-

given polynomial

++x+1=0

if (x+1) is a factor of given polynomial ..

so,

x=-1 satisfy this polynomial ....

so,

x= -1 ,/keep this polynomial

so,

(-1)³+(-1)²+(-1)+1=0

=> -1 + 1 -1 +1 =0

=>2-2=0

=>0=0

so,

x+1. is a factor of this polynomial

thats proved

i hopes its helps u
