Chemical industries are widely distributed within the country this is because their effect is too adverse and can therefore lead to adverse effects.

Spreading them through out the country could neutralize the concentration of their effects at one point to harm the people this is important since they can produce radioactive substance and even some chemicals can be emitted onto the atmosphere to damage the ozone layer .
