child labour is punishable offense . explain

Child labour means the working of the children in shops or related hardworking which they are not supposed to do.The children mostly in developing countries are being used as labour to fulfill the needs of poor house .But this is not right thing to do . at the very young age children are suppose to get education but they are being treated as low level labour where they have to work day and night for some money.This must be stopped and is should be treated as the offence which should have punishable thing.the strict law should be made to stop this.
