‘battery operated car’ at certain charge and allows the child to sit therein and drive. Payment

for using the service is to be paid by parents in advance. Though the child has control over

steering wheel of the car, yet it can be controlled by an operator. In order to save the battery,

the operator would not let the child drive beyond certain limit which otherwise was

permissible. For each car, one operator is deputed by the service provider.

In the above situation, can we say that there exists a contract of bailment and services providers ​
