Chinese communist party wear elections are held after every 5 years but still it cannot be called democratic country explain three reason​

because small parties which are participating in China ,only some of them were winning because of the support of communist party and at Central level only communist party is participating and they are representing members whom they like .Because of it is called as non democratic country
