Tigers are driven to extinction because of all of above as :-

Poaching is on a high scale because of increasing demand for their bones.

Prey animals are also hunted so tigers aren't having anything to meet their hunger needs.

Their habitat (forests) have been destroyed because of deforestation due to increasing population, construction of more and more factories and wood need for making furniture which comes from forests.
