Solution:

We do not know side length of a triangle in picture

Base of that Triangle = 10 - 2 - 2 - 2  = 4 cm

Height of That triangle =  5 - 2 = 3 cm

Hence unknown side/hypotenuse = √4² + 3² = 5 cm

Perimeter = 10  + 5 + 2 + 5 + 5 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 5  

= 38 cm

Area  =  one rectangle   = 10 * 5 = 50 cm²

another rectangle =  (10 - 2 - 2 ) * 2   =  12 cm²

Triangle area = (1/2) * 3 * 4  =  6 cm²

Total Area  = 50 + 12 + 6  = 68 cm²

Perimeter =  = 38 cm  

Area =  68 cm²
