Heart is four chambered, only Right aortic arch is present

In amphibians and reptiles both right and left arches are present in adults.
In reptiles and amphibians it have both arches,but the question is regarding aves it have only right aortic arch
Why not first option.
bcoz aves skin is dry and non-glandular(without any oil glands) normally,but it glandular skin in tail it is called oil gland or preen gland
