Number pattern =8,6,9,7,10
If you see pattern minutely you will
8-2=6
6+3=9
9-2=7
7+3=10
So basic rule is subtract 2 from given number then answer what will come add 3 to it.And you have to be in series
like
10-2=8
8+3=11
Hope you understand
Thanks

Rule for the pattern:
aₙ = aₙ₋₁ - 2 if n is even
aₙ = aₙ₋₁ + 3 if n is odd
where a₁ = 8 and n > 1 , n ∈ Z
for number pattern 8,6,9,7,10 and so on
Given:
- Number Pattern
- 8 , 6 , 9 , 7 , 10 and so on
- First Term is 8
To Find:
- Rule for Pattern
Solution:
Understand the Pattern
- 8
- 8 - 2 = 6
- 6 + 3 = 9
- 9 - 2 = 7
- 7 + 3 = 10
Rule for the pattern:
- aₙ = aₙ₋₁ - 2 if n is even
- aₙ = aₙ₋₁ + 3 if n is odd
- where a₁ = 8 and n > 1 , n ∈ Z
